Fruit and Veg Bags for Shoppers

Please can we rid ourselves of those rolls of plastic bags in high street green grocers and supermarket fruit and veg sections? 

I’d be happier with paper bags (which we could at least recycle).  Most of our larger fruit and vegetables we can carry loose in our basket but smaller items tend to cause havoc in the basket and at the checkout. 

So want I really want are re-usable cloth bags that I can buy and use wherever I shop.

Something similiar to the pump bags we used in the 70’s and 80’s.  Small lightweight cotton bags, re-usable and washable with a tie around the top that can be pulled to close the bag and stop those pesky sprouts from escaping!
